2.) Getting the right fit

We're committed to ensuring that you not only look fabulous in our dresses but also feel comfortable and confident in the perfect fit. We understand that finding the right size and fit can be crucial for your special occasion, and we're here to simplify the process.
Each product has detailed descriptions of their sizing, fit but if you need a little more help you can connect with us effortlessly through two convenient options:

3.) Reserve

Found your perfect outfit? Great! You can secure it for your event date through our user-friendly online booking system. Simply select your size, date, and rental duration while adding it to your cart, then opt for either our convenient two-way shipping or pickup choices at checkout!

Please note that our system does require you to create an account in order to rent our dresses. It only takes a few minutes and you will be prompted to create your account at the time of check out.

Your rental period commences on the day you choose to receive your dress. You won't need to factor in shipping time with rental period.

(For instance, if your event is on Saturday, July 10th, you'd select your date as Friday, July 9th on our booking calendar and choose a 4-day rental. Your dress would then arrive on or before Friday, July 9th, and you'd need to send it back to us by Monday, July 12th).

4.) Return

We’ve made returns super simple! Your item(s) will arrive with a prepaid, pre-addressed return envelope that you can simply drop off at the post depot of the shipping provider indicated on the label. Drop off your package on the last day of your rental period. Return instructions will be included with your rental.

And the best part? No need to worry about dry cleaning the dress; we handle all dry cleaning in-house, so all you have to do is wear it and send it back!

Concerned about potential damage? Rest easy! Our $10 rental insurance has you covered for all minor wear and tear including (small stains, rips, missing beads or buttons, or any other minor damage)
